    Please note that the delivery dates displayed on the product page and delivery page at checkout are estimates. We try to fulfil orders the following day and shipping is often quicker than the estimated time but we like to play it safe and ask that you allow the above timelines.

    Please try do this as soon as possible, as we cannot ensure that we'll be able to modify the address for an order that has already been placed and/or dispatched.

  • Rest assured once the order confirmation has been sent out the order has been shipped! Once the parcel has been shipped the tracking number can take up to seven days to update due to the various shipping proividers we use.
